What We Do
Occupational Therapy 🤹♀️
Seedlings offers effective occupational therapy services for children. Occupational Therapists work with children of all ages and their families, to help enhance skills necessary for their everyday life including playing, getting dressed, and handwriting.
Speech Therapy 🗣️
Speech therapy helps improve communication skills for early learners. Seedlings employs experienced speech pathologists (SLPs) to assess and implement speech and language interventions. Treatment is delivered through a variety of play activities, educational toys, and assistive devices when necessary.
Physical Therapy 🚶♂️
Physical therapists support children of all abilities, enabling them to participate fully and reach their individual potential. Using a range of treatments, these therapists assist children of various ages in building strength, enhancing movement, and developing the skills required for daily activities.
Special Instruction 👨🦽
Seedlings provides specialized instructional services for children with disabilities that may impede their learning progress compared to typically developing children. These services entail one-on-one instruction tailored to the child, their family, and caregivers. Our dedicated special instructors work closely with family caregivers, coaching them to support their child's acquisition of new skills in specific areas experiencing developmental delays.
Applied Behavioral Anaylsis (ABA) therapy 🧘
ABA therapy has the potential to enhance social, communication, and learning skills, while also positively impacting overall quality of life through the use of positive reinforcement. At Seedlings, our belief in ABA is rooted in its evidence-based effectiveness. This approach is not only endorsed by the US Surgeon General and the American Psychological Association, but it's also recognized as a beneficial treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
